Peak (40 miles west of
my home QTH) Founded in 1958, KPNO operates three major nighttime telescopes,
shares site responsibilities with the National Solar Observatory ((The
McMath-Pierce Solar telescope comprises three telescopes in one: the main, east
auxiliary, and west auxiliary mirror systems. The three telescopes can be used

the facilities of consortia which operate 19 optical telescopes and two radio
